HR Analytics Course
This program is designed for HR professionals, People Analytics practitioners, HR teams responsible for dashboards and reporting, and HR leaders who need to understand and evaluate workforce analytics. Participants only need basic spreadsheet knowledge, with no prior statistics, programming, or design experience required. They will use Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI, along with provided case-study datasets and dashboard examples, for practical exercises throughout the program.
Assessment is based on hands-on exercises, daily interactive activities, and a final capstone case study that evaluates analytical rigor, dashboard design, and the clarity of recommendations. Participants who complete all three days, including the capstone presentation, will receive the stratIQ HR Analytics & Dashboard Design Practitioner Certificate of Completion, affiliated with the Centre for Business Analysis (CBA).
